We provide a wide range of services to help you take your concept to a move in ready building. We will work with you at any scale from single story non conditioned buildings, to seven story all interior conditioned storage, and existing building conversion. If its storage we have probably done it before, if not we’ll work together to get it done.
From Concept
- Initial Unit Mix Layout and Preliminary Elevations
- Generating 2D and 3D renderings for zoning approval
- Reviewing and Working with Jurisdictions to procure special use permits
To Design
- Generating code compliant architectural drawings
- Our scope can include structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing consultants for full building package
- Working with management groups to incorporate design standards
Than Construction
- Reviewing and coordinating shop drawings
- Reviewing pay application and change orders
- Final coordination for Certificate of Occupancy
